About the role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of intuitive, scalable digital products that solve real user problems and drive business impact. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to shape product strategy from discovery to delivery. You’re not just designing screens, you’re shaping experiences, influencing decisions, and raising the design quality across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Product & UX leadership
• Lead end-to-end design processes: discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivery
• Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into elegant solutions
• Facilitate and contribute to user research (interviews, usability testing, insights synthesis)
• Define user journeys, flows, and information architecture

UI & design excellence

• Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
• Contribute to and evolve the design system (components, patterns, guidelines)
• Ensure consistency, accessibility (WCAG), and usability across the product
• Design responsive, scalable interfaces for web and/or mobile

Collaboration & influence

• Partner closely with Product Managers on roadmap, priorities, and trade-offs
• Work with Engineers to ensure smooth handoff and high-quality implementation
• Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders

Data & impact

• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
• Validate solutions through testing and iteration
• Measure and improve product outcomes (engagement, conversion, usability)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI/UX Designer
• Proven experience designing complex digital products (preferably SaaS or B2B)
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work and impact

Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (or similar tools)
• Strong UX fundamentals: research, interaction design, usability, accessibility
• Solid UI and visual design skills (typography, layout, color, hierarchy)
• Experience working with design systems
• Strong product thinking and business awareness
• Collaboration & mindset
• Comfortable working in cross-functional product teams
• Able to challenge assumptions and advocate for the user
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Proactive, autonomous, and ownership-driven

Nice to have

• Experience with analytics, A/B testing, or experimentation
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend constraints
• Experience mentoring designers or leading design initiatives
• Experience in agile / product-led organizations
